Now, environmentalists are concerned that hormones dumped into water – from sources like factory farm cattle operations – are at higher levels than previously thought, in part because they mysteriously regenerate at night, thwarting attempts to measure them and assumptions about them breaking down in sunlight.
Hormone-disrupting chemicals may be far more prevalent in lakes and rivers than previously thought. Environmental scientists have discovered that although these compounds are often broken down by sunlight, they can regenerate at night, returning to life like zombies.
“Risk assessments have been built on the basis that light exposure is enough to break down these products,” adds Laura Vandenberg, an endocrinologist at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst who was not involved in the study. “This work undermines that idea completely.”
The going assumption from both industrialists and environmental regulators was that it was breaking down during the day as it was exposed to sunlight, rendering its effects on aquatic life, and human and animal use of the water, negligible.
However, the scientists found that 17α-trenbolone “levels rebounded during the dark periods,” with variations in temperature and pH often accelerating that process. Since environmental monitors were primarily taking samples during the day, they were not recording data showing the “zombie” culturing of these – and potentially many other – endocrine disruptors.
Meanwhile, more than 250 groups have banded together to demand that the EPA step up to the plate to ban Atrazine, a toxic pesticide used primarily as a leading herbicide, that leaches into the environment and runs off into water supplies across the United States. It, too, has beenlinked with endocrine and hormonal disruption, and likely has widespread environmental effects.
Like BPA and trenbolone acetate, Atrazine – sold by the biotech giant Syngenta – is already banned in European countries, but remains virtually unregulated in America.
Up to 80 million pounds of it are used in the U.S. each year, contaminating ground, surface and drinking water. Atrazine, or its primary degradate, was found in approximately 75 percent of stream water and about 40 percent of all groundwater samples from agricultural areas tested in an extensive U.S. Geological Survey study
In people, atrazine exposure may be linked to increased risks of thyroid cancer, reproductive harm and birth defects. For example, a recent study showed that children of mothers exposed to atrazine had an increased risk of a birth defect called choanal atresia, a narrowing or blockage of the back of the nasal canal that can be life-threatening in newborn infants.
The hormone disrupting pesticide has beenfound in the drinking water of at least 52 million Americans. I reported on a little noticed item in the Wall Street Journal in 2012, quietly announcing that the biotech firm Syngenta had settled a class action lawsuit with more than 2,000 water districts in the American Mid-west over the contamination of its drinking water supplies.
The terms of the settlement were not fully disclosed, and Syngenta admitted no liability, maintaining that Atrazine is “safe,” and stating that, “No one ever has or ever could be exposed to enough atrazine in water to affect their health.”

Applied situational awareness includes managing contact with people you don't know. You have to pay attention to the space around you and maintain it. That space can keep you out of the other person's reach and also give you time to react.
Combine the tips demonstrated above with the palms-out hand fence and an orbit move and you will likely deter most bad guys because you're not acting like a victim.
[MR: Everything in the Universe, no matter how solid it may seem, is entirely made up of energy. The speed at which the atom’s protons, electrons and neutrons of H20 move determine whether it manifests as ice, water or steam. In the same way, the atoms of everything animate and inanimate are made up of energy moving at various speeds. With that in mind it becomes easier to understand energy healing.]
[ MR: The technology outlined in this video is in place now and has been for quite some time (remember Ronald Regan’s “Starwars Weapon System” which supposedly never came to fruition?). Although this is an alleged “conspiracy theory” it’s an intriguing 10 minute watch. In view of all the information coming to light in the past several months, i.e. Snowden’s whistle blowing of the NSA, etc. we should rethink why such a vast number of satellites are in our atmosphere and exactly what they are doing there.
The obfuscation of facts by all governments (not only our own) over the past 100 years must cause us to question everything we see, hear or read. The time for complacently sitting back and accepting whatever is presented to us by various “authority figures” is OVER. JPFO, not all that long after its founding, presented an essay by Gus Cotey in a popular magazine of the time. I read this article and shook my head in disbelief. Cotey had NAILED it! I did something I’d never done: I tracked down the author’s phone number and called him and congratulated him on what was a terrific breakthrough in understanding. It was a breakthrough that all gun owners could use as “high impact” intellectual ammunition.
What Cotey had done, with marvelous perception, was identify the seven personality types that make up the victim disarmament crowd. Cotey saw through the emotionalized preaching and posturing and pandering and put the true motivations of these dangerous…
September 11, 2001 was unquestionably a tragic day for America and the world. While the 3,000-plus deaths on American soil elicited support and tears from around the world, now many international citizens resent or even despise the country that ratcheted up the War on Terror.
But for many in the country, and a staggering number of foreign citizens, the truth about what really took place on September 11, 2001 remains under relentless scrutiny and doubt. The mainstream media and politicians love to pass these claims off as “conspiracy theories” (the threat of being a social outcast can get the best of us), but the facts tell a much different story.
Here are just some of the major coincidences surrounding 9/11.
Part One
Getty Images
1. WAR GAMES ON 9/11 (AND THE LONDON BOMBINGS)
Were the hijackers lucky on 9/11… or had an insider tipped them off? That morning, the majority of the eastern air defense of NORAD was preoccupied with a war game that left many jets far away from Washington and New York.
In the first phone call between the air-traffic controller and NORAD, the first question out of the NORAD employee’s mouth is, “Is this real world or exercise?”
On July 7, 2005, the day of the London Bombings, London police were also running a simulated exercise: by a stroke of amazing coincidence that exercise revolved around a terrorism bombing in the London subways. Further, Mayor Guiliani happened to be in London advising on security.
2. “A NEW PEARL HARBOR”
The Project for a New American Century (PNAC) was a neo-con think tank stacked with future members of President George W. Bush’s entourage including Dick Cheney, Jeb Bush, Paul Wolfowitz, Donald Rumsfeld, Scooter Libby and Richard Perle.
In September 2000, PNAC published a controversial and aggressive study called “Rebuilding America’s Defenses.” Among very concise outlines on military expansion in the Persian Gulf, the paper deduces “the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event — like a new Pearl Harbor.”
They say that if you want to find out who started a war, ask: “Who ended up with something in the end?” Post September 11, the four horseman of PNAC (Cheney, Wolfowitz, Libby and Perle) were the main catalysts for moving into Iraq despite no WMDs. Is it all just a coincidence that the policy they advocated was fulfilled after only a year of power?
3. ALEX JONES PREDICTED 9-11
On July 25, 2001, Alex Jones, the outspoken conspiracy theorist, predicted on his video report that the U.S government would carry out terrorist attacks against itself in what’s known as a false flag operation. The attack would open the doors for a military invasion in the Middle East, expanding the power of corporate America and the military industrial complex, as well as extend martial law to American citizens.
In the midst of Jones’s freestyle predictions, he guesses Bin Laden will be blamed for hitting a target,“like the World Trade Center.”
4. PASSPORTS OF HIJACKERS FOUND INTACT
In an official statement by Susan Ginsberg of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks, she stated that three passports were found at the plane crash sites: two in Pennsylvania and one in New York. Another passport was found in a piece of Mohammad Atta’s “left-behind luggage.”
This is an amazing coincidence for obvious reasons, but let’s state them anyway…
Part Two
Getty Images
a)A fireball 100 stories high in a building that collapsesto dust and debris leaves behind a perfect passport of one of the culprits to a crime, but it doesn’t leave behind the indestructible black boxes of the aircraft recorders.
b) A plane crash in which damage was particularly severe, leaving no human bodies, just pieces of corpses weighing in at no more than 600 pounds, and a jet engine virtually demolished, left two intact passports of the culprits.
c) While the rest of the country uses identification to board flights (State IDs for domestic travel, passports for international and non-American’s must provide either Green Cards or Passports), a foreign terrorist hijacker was able to board a flight while leaving his passport in his friend’s luggage. And that luggage also happened to name all 19 hijackers and their precise motives in carrying out the attacks on the morning of their deaths.
5. THE THERMITE-LIKE SLICES ON THE STEEL
BYU Professor Steven Jones has been on a crusade since 9/11, aiming to prove that the buildings had to collapse with a controlled demolition. Jones claims that our eyes didn’t deceive us, that what we all witnessed as a demolition-like collapse was in fact a controlled demolition.
Jones is a physicist and did a study on the video from the towers that day. He spotted falling pieces of molten metal falling from the towers, including white ash, indicating levels of heat impossible to reach with burning jet fuel. Instead that heat must have come from a substance like thermite, which also happens to be used in controlled demolitions to cut through steel.
FEMA even stated that one of the mysteries of the WTC 7 site was the sulfidiation and oxidation on the steel, which caused it to melt; however, FEMA walked away after “no clear explanation” was found. 6. STEEL STRUCTURES FALL DUE TO A FIRE?
No steel structure before (or since) had ever collapsed due to fire. While some steel buildings had burned a long time from fire, none has fallen because steel melts at a much higher temperature than gasoline, other fuels or combustibles normally found in buildings can burn at.
Despite this resistance to high temperature, on September 11, 2001, three of the most advanced steel structures in the world collapsed officially due to fire caused by burning jet fuel and structural damage due to the impact of the planes. This angle may not convince everyone of an alternate explanation for towers 1 and 2, but for tower 7, how can this be explained?
WTC 7 is considered by many conspiracy theorists to be the smoking gun of 9-11, because they argue is no plausible argument that can justify why a building that had no direct impact by the plane would burn so hot as to cause a first-of-its-kind collapse of a steel structure (aside from the towers hours earlier). Physicists like Steven Jones and scores of independent researchers from around the world agree.
7. DICK CHENEY’S APPOINTMENT
Fresh off The Project for a New American Century’s subtle musings for a new Pearl Harbor, Cheney got the task of essentially controlling the government in the event of a terrorist or war catastrophe.
While President Bush conveniently had his hands full with elementary school children,Cheney ran the government from an underground control room on 9/11 because the executive order by the President four months earlier had permitted Cheney to bypass the previous protocol.
8. HALLIBURTON
Halliburton, the conglomerate that provides defense, infrastructure and energy, also happens to be the company Dick Cheney was formerly CEO of before he became Vice President.
The same man who ran a company which profited hugely from 9/11 also helped start a think tank that pushed for a U.S. military presence in the Persian Gulf to shape the world according to America’s design. Meanwhile, that man’s very same company has now quietly and comfortably moved its entire operation to nearby rich Dubai.
9. 15 of 19 HIJACKERS WERE SAUDI ARABIAN
It’s no secret America and Saudi Arabia are business partners. The Saudis supply much of our country’s oil at a cheap rate in return for protection. It’s also no secret that the Bush family is crazy about the Saudis, doing business with them for decades; George Bush, Sr. was attending a Carlyle Group meeting with the kin of one Osama Bin Laden the morning of September 11.

10. JOHN ASHCROFT STOPPED FLYING COMMERCIALLY
Despite everyone in government playing stupid that they had no idea attacks were coming, former Attorney General John Ashcroft, was advised by the FBI to stop taking commercial flights as reported by CBS on July 26, 2001.
The FBI claimed this issue was the result of a threat assessment and “neither the FBI nor the Justice Department… would identify what the threat was, when it was detected or who made it,” CBS News reported.
11. THE PENTAGON VIDEO’S MISSING FRAME
Conspiracy theories surrounding 9-11 don’t end at Ground Zero. The Pentagon attack has also provided endless fodder for speculation.
These theories couldn’t be more instigated by the government’s handling of surveillance video footage showing the moment of impact. Video analysts claim the government has cut frame 20 from the tape, which is rumored to show the object that struck the Pentagon. While the official report claims in was a plane, doubters say it was a missile.
During one of the first news reports at the site, CNN anchor Jamie Macintyre claimed that “there’s no evidence of a plane having crashed anywhere near the Pentagon.”
12. THE $2.3 TRILLION DOLLAR INVESTIGATION
On September 10, 2001, Donald Rumsfeld issued a press conference declaring that $2.3 trillion of the Pentagon’s money could not be accounted for.
The next day, the explosion at the Pentagon obliterated its accounting office and the ensuing destruction and confusion put the case of the money trail to rest.
13. LARRY SILVERSTEIN’S INSURANCE POLICIES
On July 24, 2001, Larry Silverstein, the new leaseholder of the World Trade Center site , opened an insurance policy on the WTC which included coverage for terrorist attacks.
The policy was valued at $3.5 billion, but Silverstein stated that two acts of terror had occurred, and therefore he was entitled to claim each building’s collapse as a terrorist attack.
14. THE SHORTING OF AIRLINE STOCKS
On September 6, 2001, airline stocks, including United and American, suddenly had a put/call ratio 25 times higher than normal. Over the next few days, as the numbers kept climbing, Bloomberg reported a high on airline put options that wasas much as 285 times their average.
This means that some unknown persons or a company made a bet that said “United and American Airlines are going to lose money very soon.”
15. THE SPEED OF TOWER 7’S COLLAPSE
The internet is rife with homemade and professional videos that illustrate that WTC 7’s collapse was at free fall speed. This means that there was zero friction on its way down…
Part Four
Getty Images
If we were to imagine 47 stories of steel, glass and concrete falling on top of itself, we would assume there’d be a natural collapsing effect of asymmetrical falling speeds. But this isn’t the case with WTC 7. The building, which wasn’t even hit by a plane, collapsed like a pancake without friction after a fire in the lobby.
16. MARVIN BUSH
W’s brother, Marvin Bush, was on the Board of Directors of the company Securacom, which maintained security for the WTC right until it collapsed on 9/11. The company also handled security for Dulles Airport and United Airlines, two other hot potatoes of 9/11 coincidences.
In the weeks leading up to 9/11 the towers had been on high alert due to bomb threats. Many occupants reported numerous evacuations and fire drills in the time before the attacks, However, seemingly immediately, on September 6, the firm pulled all its bomb sniffing dogs out of the towers abruptly.
17. DOV ZAKHEIM
Before Dov Zakheim was the Pentagon’s top budget officer, setting the price for the Iraq invasion, he was CEO of System Planning Corp, which, through its subsidiary Tridata Corp, oversaw the investigation into the 1993 WTC bombing, giving it access to all the WTC’s blueprints.
SPC sells many 9/11 conspiracy theory technologies: the Command Transmitter System, which allows pilotless remote flight control, a radar simulator for target acquisition used by the Navy and others and a flight termination system used to destroy drones in the event of malfunction or misses. 18. BARBARA OLSEN CALLS FROM THE PLANE AT 34K FEET
Barbara was the wife of former U.S. Solicitor General, Ted Olsen, and a regular commentator on Fox News and CNN when she died on September 11th in Flight 77’s crash into the Pentagon.
In initial television interviews, Ted Olsen recounted Barbara calling him during flight on her cell phone and explaining the hijacking situation, saying there were men with box-cutters and that the passengers were planning on rushing the cockpit and securing the plane.
Did a highly connected Washington Insider pass information to her husband on a plane that many dispute ever hit the Pentagon and by cell phone, which is extremely difficult at that altitude? Of course, she might have misspoken and was calling from the backseat phone, but it’s a strange coincidence nonetheless.
19. THE PATRIOT ACT WAS PASSED WITHIN DAYS OF 9-11
One month and fifteen days after 9/11, a 342-page document was produced while much of the government was in disarray and upended. The assumption is that the pages of the Patriot Act had to of been written before 9/11 and then introduced to Congress at a moment of vulnerability.
Beforethe Patriot Act, we didn’t have body scanners at airports, warrant-less wire taps and police officers actually needed a warrant before they could enter your home.
20. CONTROLLED DEMOLITIONS, INC.
Controlled Demolitions, Inc. (yes, that is their real name), along with Tully Construction, were hired to clean up the debris in Ground Zero after the collapse. Aside from both companies reporting the discovery of molten steel after the collapse, Controlled Demolitions Inc. also happened to be the clean-up crew on another of America’s fatal days of terrorism: the Oklahoma City bombings.
Part Five
21. THE CASE OF ABLE-DANGER AND THE DENIAL OF WARNINGS
Able Danger was a classified military planning program intended to develop information on transnational terrorism.
Lt. Colonel Anthony Shaffer and four other members of the team allege they identified Mohammad Atta plus three other 9/11 terrorists as possible participants in the 1992 bombing. He implies that this information was ignored by the brass.
After 9/11, Shaffer approached Phillip Zelikow of the 9-11 commission but Zelikow showed no interest in these claims. The Department of Defense then purchased every copy of Shaffer’s book, which detailed the story of Able Danger, and destroyed them.
22. BUSH COULDN’T TALK TO THE 9/11 COMMISSION ALONE
Our former Commander in Chief, leader of the free world, was not permitted to speak alone to the Commission investigators after the attacks. His watchdog, Dick Cheney, was by his side every moment. Also, the dynamic duo only agreed to speak if the conversation was not under oath.
23. EYEWITTNESSES DESCRIBED “BOMBS” GOING OFF
Give YouTube a whirl and search for eyewitness accounts of explosions inside the towers. These claims fuel rumors that the tower collapsed due to a controlled demolition.
In an amateur video interview with firefighters shortly after the buildings collapsed, each one of them mentioned explosions. Wouldn’t firefighters know the sound of an explosion when they heard one?
Discussion that would have instantly caused anyone involved to be labeled a ‘crazy conspiracy theorist’ even a few weeks ago has now made its way into the mainstream media.
Following reports that suspected Navy Yard shooter Aaron Alexis had called police just weeks before the mass shooting in D.C. to claim he was the victim of gangstalking and a target of microwave energy weapons that left him hearing voices and unable to sleep, now reports are surfacing that the military contractor had carved “My ELF Weapon” and “Better off this way” into the stock of his gun.
As reported yesterday, the mainstream media painted initial accounts of Alexis’ stalking claims as further proof he was mentally unhinged. With these new weapon carving revelations, the media’s tune has changed.
As if its just any other news day, now the likes of The Washington Post and The Washington Times are openly talking about the existence of directed energy weapons, Manchurian Candidates and even ways that ELF, or extremely low frequency waves, can be used in “weather efforts” — a direct reference to the fact that this technology can be used to modify and control the weather.
In “Officials: Navy Yard shooter carved odd messages into his gun before carnage,” The Post casually admits, “ELF generally stands for ‘extremely low frequency’ and can refer to weather or communications efforts, among other things.” Weather efforts? Pray tell. The military research project H.A.A.R.P. is mentioned which, among many other interesting and controversial abilities, has the demonstrated ability to modify and control weather, although the line, “HAARP is often cited by conspiracy theorists,” is also tossed in for good measure.
The article goes on to discuss how Alexis sought help for insomnia on Aug. 23 from a VA facility, just weeks after his report to RI police that he was hearing voices through the walls and being attacked with microwave weapons, only this time he claimed his insomnia was work-induced. He returned to a VA emergency room just five days later after his prescription sleeping medication ran out, needing more. This time Alexis was prescribed the antidepressant sleep disorder drug Trazodone, but adding mind-altering synthetic chemicals to an already tenuous situation could not have been helpful.
If Alexis was stalked as he previously claimed, he was likely hesitant to tell the medical officials at the VA, considering the officer from the Aug. 7 report had written, “showing signs of some sort of mental deficiency”. Alexis probably realized how crazy his story would sound to someone unfamiliar with directed energy weapons.Support groups for this type of stalking specifically warn people not to mention the technology to law enforcement or medical officials, as they will likely consider anyone who does to have a mental health problems and might commit them to a psychiatric ward.
The Post goes on to note that Alexis had been estranged from his family for many years…could that have made him as easier target?
Julianne McKinney, former director of the Electronic Surveillance Project at the now defunct Association of National Security Alumni in Silver Springs, Maryland, and who self identifies as U.S. Army intelligence veteran, self-published “Microwave Harassment & Mind-Control Experimentation” in 1992 and “Mind Control and the Secret State” in 2008.
According to McKinney’s 1992 paper, “the long term objectives of these harassment and experimentation campaigns appear to be…redirect the targeted individual’s feelings of hopelessness, anger, and frustration toward racial and ethnic groups, and toward select, prominent political figures… (and to) force the individual to commit an act of violence, whether suicide or murder, under conditions which can be plausibly denied by the government.” [emphasis added]
Again, these are themes that many who have researched declassified government programs such as MK Ultra are familiar with, but the fact that they are now openly being talked about in the mainstream media is astounding.
The Times also goes on to mention another military shooting where the killer had a similar complaint:
In an eerily similar tragedy, on May 30, 1991, Carl E. Campbell shot U.S. Navy commander Edward J. Higgins at least five times with a 22-caliber semi-automatic pistol near a bus stop outside of the Pentagon, leaving the U.S.-Soviet arms control expert and 21 year Navy veteran dead.
A federal judge found Campbell innocent by reason of insanity: “In court papers, prosecutors said that Campbell, who had been treated earlier for paranoid schizophrenia, believed the U.S. government had implanted a mind-controlling computer chip in his brain”, reported the Associated Press. [emphasis added]
As previously reported, our government has been researching these types of weapons via programs such as the now declassified Project MK Ultra since at least the beginning of the Cold War. Their existence is not a secret, even if the majority of the American people are unaware.
Let’s recap. On Aug. 7, Alexis called police claiming that, after an altercation at a Virginia airport, he was stalked by three people and heard voices through the walls ceiling and floor and that he felt the individuals were pulsing him with a microwave weapon, which kept him from sleep. By Aug. 23, he was in the VA complaining of insomnia without mentioning the stalking incidents. (Would you?) He was prescribed sleeping pills, but just give days later he was back at the VA emergency room asking for more pills, and he was then prescribed an antidepressant. Weeks go by, and suddenly on Sept. 16, Alexis is the suspected mass shooter of 12 people at one of the most secure locations in the country. He is killed by police, and can never tell his side of the story.
The fact that Alexis carved “Better off this way” into his weapon is chill-inducing to say the least.
The video below reveals a sonic billboard for a ghost hunting TV show called Paranormal State. The billboardsits atop a six-story building and when passersby walk beneath, they hear a female hastily whispering, “What’s that? Who’s there? It’s not your imagination” directly into their ears.
The voices, which belong to A & E employees, were emanating from two large black speakers above the billboard, which contained a technology called directional audio. The speakers use ultrasound to produce a highly focused beam of sound, making people within their reach feel as if they are wearing headphones, listening to sounds intended for them and them alone… For individuals within the beam, the sound is crisp and intimate. Those outside its scope, which in this case means anyone not standing on the north side of Prince Street between Mott and Mulberry Streets, hear nothing. This appears to be the first commercial use of such technology on a billboard. [emphasis added]
This technology gives you a taste of what hearing voices via directed energy weapons would be like, but it is not nearly as advanced as the type patented to be beamed directly into someone’s head and heard by no one else but the intended target.
Can you imagine having voices talk to you, directly inside your head, for weeks on end? What if you went to authorities only to find they thought you were insane? What if those voices wouldn’t stop? What if they commanded you to do something you didn’t want to, something unspeakable, over and over and over, even invading your sleep without reprieve? What if they finally promised you rest, finally promised you that you would be “Better off this way” if you just did what they asked?
Alternative news outlet Activist Post published the following document on Facebook last night which has also been corroborated by The New York Times. It’s a report narrative filed by a Rhode Island police officer who responded to a call made by Alexis on Aug. 7. Alexis claimed that people were harassing him using microwave weapons:
Alexis reportedly told the officer that three people were sent to “follow him and keep him awake by talking to him and sending vibrations into his body.” Alexis attempted to change hotel rooms to another at a Navy base “where he heard the same voices talking to him through the walls, floor and ceiling.” Alexis also noted these people were “using ‘some sort of microwave machine’ to send vibrations through the ceiling, penetrating his body so he cannot fall asleep.”
The office wrote, “[Alexis] stated that he has never felt anything like this and is worried that these individuals are going to harm him.” Alexis also told the officer that he did not have a history of mental illness, nor had he had any sort of mental episodes before.
While the media has already played judge and jury to Alexis on the Navy Yard shooting, this new document is bombshell. People talking to him through walls everywhere he went so he couldn’t sleep? Microwave weapons like nothing he ever felt?
The mainstream media can try to spin this however it wants, but anyone who has done even a scant bit of research will recognize that those claims do not merely sound like the random thoughts of one mentally unhinged person.
Directed energy weapons are not science fiction; there are a multitude of patents (see here, here, here andhere) for exactly the kind of mind weapon Alexis is describing. Our government has been refining these technologies, based on Nikola Tesla’s research, for a long time now. For more on that, check out this unclassified document from the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command received via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request back in 2006 entitled, “Bioeffects of Selected Nonlethal Weapons“.
While the FOIA request is dated 2006, the paper itself says February 1998, over 15 years ago. One of the main topics regards the effects of “radiofrequency directed energy”. The document discusses the ‘incapacitating effect’ of ‘microwave hearing’:
There is no sound propagated through the air like normal sound. This technology in its crudest form could be used to distract individuals; if refined, it could also be used to communicate with hostages or hostage takers directly by Morse code or other message systems, possibly even by voice communication. [emphasis added]
This technology is also tunable to a single person:
The phenomenon is tunable in that the characteristic sounds and intensities of those sounds depend on the characteristics of the RF energy as delivered. Because the frequency of the sound heard is dependent on the pulse characteristics of the RF energy, it seems possible that this technology could be developed to the point where words could be transmitted to be heard like the spoken word, except that it could only be heard within a person’s head. In one experiment, communication of the words from one to ten using ‘speech modulated’ microwave energy was successfully demonstrated.Microphones next to the person experiencing the voice could not pick up the sound. Additional development of this would open up a wide range of possibilities. [emphasis added]
The paper goes on to discuss using this technology to disrupt of neural control, which “activates specific forms of behavior such as sexual, aggressive, ingestive activities.”
Despite his statement to police in August, Alexis reportedly had a history of dissociative fugue states where he would ‘blackout’and come to without any memory of what he did during that time.
Microwave weapons were also referenced multiple times in a 2001 NASA PowerPoint presentation “Future of War 2025” given by one of their chief Langley Research Center scientists. For further reading on how microwave weapons work, click here.
This kind of direct voice communication was demonstrated on former Governor Jesse Ventura during an episode of his show Conspiracy Theory. While it’s a TV show and in many ways meant for entertainment value, this particular segment of the show on the military-industrial complex’s High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (H.A.A.R.P.) proves very interesting in light of what Alexis claimed in the police report above:
Ventura speaks with Dr. Nick Begich who has been researching H.A.A.R.P., another directed energy weapon capable of beaming multi-billion-watt radio frequency signals directly into the ionosphere, for many years. While the entire segment is vastly informative, for the point relevant to Alexis’ claim, skip ahead to about 4:21.Dr. Begich demonstrates a crude device fashioned after H.A.A.R.P. on Jesse, making the former Governor hear musicinside his head.
For skeptics out there who think our government would never wield such weapons, consider the Pentagon psychotronic technology known as Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS) or S-quad. U.S. Psychological Operations officers tested this technology on Iraqi troops in Kuwait during Operation Desert Storm. A 1991 news brief detailed how the American troops would take over the Iraqis FM stations and broadcast asilent signalunderneath the audible programming:
The clandestine station programming consisted of patriotic and religious music and intentionally vague, confusing and contradictory military orders and information to the Iraqi soldiers in the Kuwaiti Theater of Command (KTO). The size and power of enemy forces was always intentionally exaggerated. Surrender was encouraged.
According to statements made by captured and deserting Iraqi soldiers, however, the most devastating and demoralizing programming was the first known military use of the new, high tech, type of subliminal messages referred to as Ultra-High-Frequency “Silent Sounds” or “Silent Subliminals”. (Newsweek, July 30, 1990, Page 61)
Although completely silent to the human ear, the negative voice messages placed on the tapes alongside the audible programming by psyops psychologists were clearly perceived by the subconscious minds of the Iraqi soldiers and the silent messages completely demoralized and instilled a perpetual feeling of fear and hopelessness in their minds. [emphasis added]
Now consider the fact that there are multiplesupport groups out there dedicated to what is commonly referred to as “gangstalking,” a phenomenon where a person is electronically harassed seemingly for the purposes of driving them insane or making them seem crazy to everyone around them (as no one else can hear the technology, only the targeted individual, or TI).
This kind of torture and abuse is tantamount to terrorism waged against a single person. Support groups typically warn not to discuss the actual targeting with law enforcement or medical staff because the person will risk being labeled as mentally imbalanced and hauled away to a psychiatric unit. Indeed, the last line of the police report above which has been mostly blacked out appears to say, “showing signs of some sort of mental deficiency“.
Stories of the kind Alexis described in last month’s police report are shockingly not the least bit uncommon.KENS5 newscompiled a whole report on TI victims suffering related phenomenon out of San Antonio, Texas a few years ago.
The U.S. government has already participated in wide scale mind control research targeting the American people; the MK Ultra (German for Mind Kontrolle) program was declassified through the U.S. Congress Church Committee in 1975 that led to the release of some 20,000 documents detailing the horrific goals of the CIA. According to a 1955 MK Ultra research outline document, methods included studying “substances which will promote illogical thinking and impulsiveness to the point where the recipient would be discredited in public”; “Materials and physical methods which will produce amnesia for events preceding and during their use”; and “enhancing the ability of individuals to withstand privation, torture and coercion during interrogation and so-called ‘brain-washing’”. The full list, which is much longer, is even worse.
